I am not a software company, but wouldn't it be a good idea to have the email that purchased the license key, be somehow (oh I don't know) linked together? I just wanted a working login connected to my recently purchased license, but I could not do that, so there was no link to download the NEW VPN client I was going to try for the first time. I followed all the instructions, but every time I entered the requested password (twice) it would just error out no real reason. However, could not, and absolutely would not find my email and the purchase in its system, no matter how many times I tried or how many times I entered the license key.
I made the mistake of ordering the bundle with the new VPN. Their website took my money and even allowed me to install the anti-malware on my PC.
